BREN SEED, LPC | VIRGINIA & OREGON

I’m Bren Seed, a therapist and artist based in Virginia.

I’ve spent twenty years sitting with people through grief, change and the beautiful mess of being human, with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, creativity and play. I work in person in central Virginia and online across Virginia and Oregon.‍ ‍

Bright sunporch therapy space with a blue ceiling and cozy chair in Nelson County, Virginia

Welcome to my cozy little corner of the internet

My therapy office is perched on the top floor of the Historic White House Trading Company building in Lovingston, Virginia, about 40 minutes from Charlottesville, Lynchburg and East of Waynesboro, an hour and 40 minutes from Richmond and 3 hours from D.C. This beautiful old building is filled with cool chandeliers, stain glass windows and it has an interesting past that includes being a car dealership in the 20s selling Model T Fords to a speakeasy bar with secret gambling room used for during vintage car expos. The Ebb and Flow Therapy office takes up the entire 3rd floor and has a sun room that over looks 5 acres of rolling fields and a great sunset view. The space also has it’s own private bathroom and an art therapy studio room.

I also work remotely with clients across Virginia, including Charlottesville and Richmond, and Oregon, the states in which I’m licensed.

I’m lucky to have such a spacious office, and in addition to 1:1 therapy, I also use the space for retreats, events, workshops and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions, including my signature offering KAP for friends.
